Chocolate Banana Pops

Ingredients
  

  • 4 bananas
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • Sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Peel the bananas and cut them in half.
  • Put a lollipop or popsicle stick at the bottom of the banana and put it in for about one inch.
  • Melt the chocolate for about 1.5-2 minutes, but make sure to check and stir every 30 seconds.
  • Then mix in the coconut oil and let it melt.
  • Dip each banana in the chocolate and set aside.
  • Sprinkle with sprinkles, or any toppings you like.
  • Stick them in the freezer for at least an hour until they're frozen. Then serve and enjoy!
