25 Easy Spring Dinner Ideas for the Whole Family
Hey everyone! So spring is finally here (thank goodness), and I don’t know about you, but I’m already tired of making the same rotation of meals. My husband keeps asking “what’s for dinner” at like 2pm, and honestly I’ve been in such a rut.
Save for later:

I spent way too much time this past weekend going down a recipe rabbit hole, and I figured I’d share what I found. These are all pretty easy, most of them use spring vegetables which are actually affordable right now, and none of them require me to go to three different stores for weird ingredients.
I haven’t made all of these yet (let’s be real, that would take forever lol – but I am definitely planning to over time), but they all look doable for a weeknight and my family will actually eat them. I’m planning to try a few each week and see how it goes. Hope this helps if you’re stuck in a dinner rut like me!
